Background
This is revision 6 to the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 1 preliminary plat. This preliminary plat was last revised and approved on December 7, 2021. Since the last re-approval, the Developer has requested to include an additional section within the development. The newly added Section 23 consists of 19 single family lots, 2 open space/water quality/drainage/landscape/utility lots, 1 open space/landscape/utility lot and 894 feet of new public roads.
