Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFQ #21RFSQ14 Design Engineering Services for Small Drainage and Small Roadway Projects for Williamson County and Road and Bridge Division to the recommended firms, Alliance Transportation Group, B2Z Engineering, Gray Engineering, Inc., K Friese + Associates, KC Engineering, Inc., and Lockwood, Andrews & Newman, Inc. for a period of five (5) years on an as-needed basis.

Williamson County received 34 responses from prospective firms to provide Design Engineering Services for Small Drainage and Small Roadway Projects on an as-needed basis.  Six (6) top-ranked firms were selected to be a part of this pool for a period of five (5) years.  Yearly review for addition or removal of firms to the pool is available if necessary.  Resulting Professional Service Agreements (PSA) will be submitted for court approval based on a firm's specific qualifications for the project scope.  Estimated Budget is $1,500,000.00. Funding source for FY2022: 01.0200.0210.004100.
