Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Agreement between Williamson County and Central Square for the total amount of $4,680.00 and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
This will benefit the Sheriff's Office by updating the backend database and server for the Police to Citizen software. This website subscription will allow citizens to make certain types of police reports online that will integrate directly with the Sheriff's Office Records Management System. Legal, Contract Audit, Budget and IT have approved this agreement. Funding source for this purchase is line item 01.0100.0503.004100, FY22. The Department point of contact is Alison Gleason.
