Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between Williamson County and ConvergeOne for network routing changes for the total cost of $9,249.00, pursuant to DIR TSO contract #4167, and authorizing the execution of this agreement.
Background
The purpose of this project is to migrate the routing protocol for better interoperability between Cisco and non-Cisco network devices.
The attached agreement contains the detailed scope of services offered plus equipment information. Legal, IT, Contract Audit and Budget have reviewed the agreement. The funding source for FY22 is 01.0100.0503.004100. The department point of contact is Rory Tierney.
