Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a 2013 Road Bond Budget Transfer per Mike Weaver, Road Bond Manager, to move $55,000 from P290 (2013 Road Bond Non-Departmental) to P329 (O'Connor Traffic Signals) and $150,000 from P290 (2013 Road Bond Non-Departmental) to P270 (Great Oaks at Brushy Creek Road). Also, to close P231 (Ronald Reagan Blvd at IH35) and move the remaining funds of $48,676.50 to P237 (DB Woods at SH29), to close P243 (SH 29 Bypass/Inner Loop/SW Bypass) and move the remaining funds of $616,735.83 to P237 (DB Woods at SH29), to close P439 (San Gabriel Ranch Road) and move the remaining funds of $15,455.50 to P285 (CR 200), to close P438 (Bagdad Road at CR 278) and move $100,000 to P285 (CR 200 and the remaining funds of $266,476.08 to P290 (2013 Road Bond Non-Departmental).
