Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Eastwood Section 10 subdivision – Precinct 4.

Background

This is the next section of the Eastwood development.  This subdivision consists of 150 single family lots, 1 green space/drainage/utility lot, 1 green space lot and 4,292 feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a financial security in the amount of $779,840.20 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction. 

Timeline
2022-02-02 – initial submittal of the final plat
2022-03-04 – 1st review complete with comments
2022-04-26 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2022-04-26 – 2nd review complete with comments clear except completing construction
2022-05-02 – receipt of a financial security for the remaining construction
2022-05-05 – final plat placed on the May 10, 2022 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
