Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on executing the Professional Service Agreement (PSA) for RFQ #21RFSQ14 Design Engineering Services for Small Drainage and Small Roadway Projects for Williamson County and Road and Bridge Division with the recommended firm: Alliance Transportation Group, Inc., on an on-call basis.
Background
On May 03, 2022, the Commissioners’ Court of Williamson County voted to award RFQ 21RFSQ14 with agenda item no.36. The subsequent PSA agreement documents were approved by the Commissioner's Court on May 31, 2022. The Alliance Transportation Group, Inc. PSA agreement was not included in that grouping on May 31, 2022 and should have been. This item allows us to capture the signed agreement. This Professional Service Agreement (PSA) will be valid for 5 years with yearly review for possible addition or removal of firms. The PSAs are on an on-call basis, totaling $1,500,000.00. Funding source for FY2022: 01.0200.0210.004100. Kon Kwon is the Point of contact.
