Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the purchase of 40 Space Saver Beds with Storage from Access Supply, for a total cost of $56,364.63, pursuant to TXMAS contract #19-7113, and authorizing the execution of this purchase.
Background
The purchase of these 40 beds will benefit the Juvenile Justice Center with the accommodations required for the Center. These beds are the Attenda Space Saver Beds with storage and are floor mounted. Legal, Contract Audit and Budget have approved this quote. The line item expenditure being charged is 01.0100.0576.3005. The department point of contact is Ashlie Culin.
