Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the appointment of Williamson County Facilities Management Senior Project Manager, Angel Gomez, with general authority to approve invoices and change orders for the Williamson County Juvenile Justice Center Addition (P578) for any increase or decrease in cost of $30,000 or less in accordance with Section 262.031 of the Local Government Code.  Changes in Plans and Specifications, provided, however, the original contract price may not be increased by more than 25% and the original contract price may not be decreased by 18% or more without the consent of the contractor.  Any change orders that are approved by Angel Gomez will be placed on the Commissioners Court Consent Agenda the following week.
