Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on appointing Michael D. Keller to the Weir ESD #6 Board of Directors, replacing Mark Montgomery for the remainder of his two-year term that began on January 1, 2020, and will end on December 31, 2022.

Michael Keller will fill the open position left by Mark Montgomery. Mr. Keller has been very active in the Walburg community since 2000.  He retired from Dell Technologies after 27 years, and he served another 9 in local the banking industry. He served with Make a Wish Golf Tournament, All Things Wild, TCF Phase 1 Treasurer, “The Nest” Georgetown Project and Habitat for Humanity, Georgetown.  Mr. Keller was interviewed by Commissioner Boles office and his references were verified.
