Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment acknowledging additional expenditures for the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter Donation Fund.
Background
The Animal Shelter has unspent capital campaign donation funds. Additional funds are needed to pay for the emergency and parking lot lights at the Animal Shelter. Also included in the budget amendment are costs for an underground water leak that occured in August.
