Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding approval and receipt of the Standard Agreement with the Ranch at Cypress Creek Municipal Utility District #1 for off duty contracting of County Sheriff Deputies to be effective October 1, 2022.
Background
This renewal agreement gives permission for the Ranch at Cypress Creek MUD to contract County Sheriff Deputies in a private capacity and the County to invoice that MUD for deputies' vehicle usage. The term of this agreement shall begin on October 1, 2022 and will have two additional one year automatic renewals on October 1, 2023 and October 1, 2024. The agreement will be revisited with proper approvals from the Commissioners Court for October 1, 2025 (FY'26).
