Background
The CR 245 Project requires TCEQ approval of a Water Pollution Abatement Plan (WPAP) prior to construction. A TCEQ Agent Authorization Form is required to authorize an employee of CLGann, LLC to submit the needed application for TCEQ review and approval on behalf of the County.
