Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the agreement and the addendum between Williamson County and LexisNexis for subscription services in the amount of $4,644.00 and authorizing the execution of the agreement and the addendum.
Background
The approval of this subscription will benefit the Williamson County Sheriff's Office with materials used for researching case law and open records cases. This material covers TX Briefs, Pleadings & Motions, TX Practice Library and TX Enhanced with Full Federal subscriptions.This is for a twelve (12) month term effective 10/01/2022 with two optional twelve (12) month terms available at a 7.5% increase each year. Legal, Contract Audit, IT and Budget have reviewed this agreement and addendum. The line item being charged is 01.0100.0560.4210 FY23. The department point of contact is Chief Rebecca Rodriguez.
