Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the renewal agreements (agreement #202316) between WINTECH, LLC and Williamson County for annual Alice Receptionist Enterprise Software for the two systems being used, for a three (3) year contract for $5,089.80 to be paid each year for the unit located in the downstairs office, and $5,617.80 to be paid each year for the unit located in the upstairs office, for a total of $32,122.80 for three (3) years, under Texas Gov't Code 262.024(a)(7)(D) [Captive Replacement Parts or Component for Equipment], and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
This is a three (3) year renewal agreement that will benefit the County Attorney's Office with contract terms to begin on 10/1/2022 and end on 09/30/2025. This subscription is for an integrated suite of software and services allowing subscribers to manage buildings and public spaces to facilitate interaction between building visitors and employees. The platform provides a virtual receptionist and interactive information. The application and services are provided by the company under the trade name "Alice Receptionist". The attached quotes show the discounts received. IT has reviewed and approved the renewal of this product. Legal, Contract Audit, and Budget have approved this renewal agreement.
