Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Non-Disclosure Agreement a/k/a Electronic CAD File Disclaimer for site development CAD files needed to evaluate a specific tract of land on the Hero Way project and in relation to utility facilities.
Background
CAD files have been requested by LCRA/Williamson County to determine potential re-design of site improvements in order to accommodate the LCRA adjusted crossing at US 183A due to the Hero Way improvement project. QT has requested execution of the agreement to prevent proprietary information from being disclosed.
