Discuss, consider and take appropriate action approving a Services and Funding Agreement between the Williamson Museum and Williamson County relating to contracts, expenses and fundraising for Williamson County's 175th Celebration.
Background
In 2023, Williamson County will celebrate 175 years since the county was founded. Several public events are being planned to allow residents and visitors to celebrate the county's rich heritage and bright future with the theme "Still Making History". The Williamson Museum, as a non-profit organization, is able to raise funds so that the community can partner with us to sponsor truly memorable events. The kickoff event will be March 10 and 11, 2023, at the historic courthouse on the square in Georgetown.
