Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between Williamson County and Mission Critical Partners for Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) System Procurement and Implementation Support for the amount of $138,182.65, pursuant to HGAC contract #HP08-21, and authorizing the execution of the proposal and addendum.
Background
Williamson County is seeking to engage Mission Critical Partners to help develop a Request for Proposal (RFP) document for an upgrade or replacement of the current multi-agency computer-aided dispatch (CAD), mobile data system, and law enforcement records management system (RMS). The document will then be used as part of the process for county agencies to select a vendor (or vendors) for these systems. IT, Legal, Budget and Audit have reviewed these attached documents. The line item funding source is 01.0100.0523.004100. The department point of contact is Richard Semple.
