Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Contract Amendment No. 3 to the CR 404 Realignment contract between Williamson County and RPS Infrastructure, Inc. relating to the 2019 Road Bond Program.

RPS Contract Amendment No. 3 increases the contract cap by $100,000.00 from the previously authorized amount of $1,100,000.00 to $1,200,000.00. The increase will allow for the execution of Supplemental #2 to Work Authorization #2 for additional CR 303 Ultimate Schematic Revisions, CR 132 Arterial Schematic updates & revisions, and an increase in bid phase services amount. The compensation cap increase will also cover a new Work Authorization #3 for Construction Phase Services.
