Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the price increase of Contract #T3353 Cast In Place Concrete with RHB Construction, covering the term beginning November 22, 2022 with the same terms and conditions except fee increases of 20% detailed in the attached spreadsheet.
Background
Due to the increase in fuel pricing, labor and manufacturing of materials, RHB Construction respectfully requests a price increase in the amount of 20% per line item. Funding Source is 01.0200.0210.003599. Point of Contact is Terron Evertson.
