Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on the purchase of the new medical field software Apricot 360 from Social Solutions Global, Inc., in the amount of $18,860.00 for the Williamson County EMS Community Health Paramedics for the Emergency Medical Services Department and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
Williamson County EMS Department was looking for a more robust process for documentation and care planning, and they were allowed a trial period with the system being offered by Social Solutions Global, Inc. The department researched several options and obtained multiple quotes. Apricot 360 is their system of choice. The attached order form includes products of the Apricot360 bundle with licenses, administrator privileges, Apricot Silver Support plus eight (8) weeks of Professional Services to include a Project Manager and Service Consultant. Subscription length is 12-months. Information Technology Services, Budget Office and Auditor’s Office have approved of the purchase of this subscription software. The purchase amount is $18,860.00.
