Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the purchase of LiveMUM with Wallmap Annual Software License in the amount of $23,301.00, for one (1) year and exempting Deccan International from competitive requirements per Texas Local Government Code §262.024(a)(7)(D)[captive replacement parts or components for equipment, and authorize the execution of the agreement.
Background
The above item and vendor quote was approved in Commissioner's Court on 11.15.22, Item #15. Inadvertently, the attached agreement was left off in the agenda item and is required to complete the purchase. Legal, IT, Budget and Audit have reviewed this agreement. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0523.004505. Department contact is Richard Semple.
