Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on renewing Contract # RFP #1978 for Custodian and Sanitation Supplies and Services, renewal option period #2, with McLemore Building Maintenance, for the same terms and conditions as the existing contract with the exception of department approved pricing changes per the attached pricing documentation for the term of January 1, 2023 - December 31, 2023.
Background
This is the second of four extensions for this contract. Facilities Management has confirmed the vendor met all of the County requirements for this contract and requests renewal. The price increase falls with the 25% allowed per bid contract term. The current increase is 11% using FY22 and FY23 annual cost. Funding Source will be 01.0100.0509.004962 in addition to various funding sources from other departments and 01.0546.0546.004999 (Animal Shelter).
