Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on setting a Public Hearing regarding the setting of the rate associated with mandatory provider participation payments that Williamson County may require of all local hospitals for fiscal year (FY) 2023 in relation to the Williamson County Health Care Participation Program and establish how the revenue derived from those payments may be spent in accordance with Chapter 292B of the Texas Health and Safety Code and the Williamson County Health Care Provider Participation Program Rules and Procedures.
