Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding Change Order No. 7 in the amount of $28,440.00 for Project 22IFB39 CR 111 Westinghouse Rd. (Capital Excavation) P: 292 Funding Source: Road Bond.

This Change Order provides payment to the Contractor for additional work needed to adjust an existing headwall and wingwalls to allow for the roadway to be constructed to the proposed plan width. Existing culvert 4 will remain in place and the headwall will be adjusted to tie in with the proposed road section and provide the support needed.
 
Multiple items will be added by this Change Order. Please see attached Changed Order.

This Change Order results in an increase of $28,440.00 to the Contract amount, for an adjusted Contract total of $21,833,559.18 The original Contract amount was $21,024,332.88. As a result of this and previous Change Orders, $809,226.30 has been added to the Contract, resulting in an 3.85% increase in the Contract cost.  As a result of this Change Order, (0) days will be added to the Contract.
