Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding RFQ #23RFSQ147 On-Call Materials and Geotechnical Engineering Services to the overall most qualified respondents ARIAS, Atlas Technical Consultants, LLC, B2Z Engineering, LLC, Kleinfelder, Inc., Raba Kistner, Inc., and Rodriguez Engineering Laboratories, LLC and authorizing execution of the agreements.
Background
Williamson County sent out over four thousand nine hundred (4,900) notifications, with seventy-one (71) document takers with twelve (12) firms submitting a response. The firms were thoroughly evaluated by an evaluation committee, and it was determined that ARIAS, Atlas Technical Consultants, LLC, B2Z Engineering, LLC, Kleinfelder, Inc., Raba Kistner, Inc., and Rodriguez Engineering Laboratories, LLC were the most qualified firms to perform the services required. The Kleinfelder contract is still being worked and placed on the Commissioners Court approval for execution at a later date. Each contract amount will be up to $400,000.00 for various projects for Road Bond Services. The funding source is Road Bonds and the department point of contact is Bob Daigh.
