Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the Purchasing Agent to advertise and receive competitive sealed proposals for a contractor for Berry Springs Park, under RFCSP #23CSP39; designating Halff Associates as the Project Architect, and approving, in the public interest, assigning the price criteria a weighted value of not less than 36.9 percent of the total weighted value of all selection criteria. Background
Williamson County is seeking a contractor for Berry Springs Park Improvements which includes construction of a new park visitor center, new remote restrooms, expanded parking, new park maintenance compound, concrete trail extension, open-air event pavilion, campsite, and utility enhancements. The budgeted amount of $4,100,000.00. The funding source is P559 and the point of contact is Angel Gomez and Russell Fishbeck.
