Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on ratifying and approving the revised preliminary plat for the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 6 subdivision – Precinct 2.

Background

This is the first revision to the preliminary plat for the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 6 subdivision that was previously approved on May 31, 2022.  Since the last approval, the developer has requested changes to the roadway alignment of Rig Rose Street and adjacent lot layout.  This revision consists of an increase of 5 single family lots and a decrease of 256 linear feet of new public roads.  With this revision, the proposed Santa Rita Ranch Phase 6 subdivision consists of 195 lots and 11,520 linear feet of new public roads on 118.26 acres.  Pursuant to the Commissioners Court action taken September 10, 2019, the County Engineer has approved this revised preliminary plat in order to meet the review timelines set forth in House Bill 3167.
