Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the purchase of kennels from Shor-Line in the amount of $14,135.00 for the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter, and authorizing execution of the quote.
Background
Approval of this item will support the operations of the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter. Kennels are specialized by size and include special portholes to allow animals to move from kennel to kennel. A request for quote was placed in Bonfire as an effort to get quotes. One additional quote was received but was more expensive. The quote is attached outlining the details of the kennels to be purchased. Budget, legal and contract audit have reviewed this purchase. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0546.0546.003670 as per FY23 budget. Department point of contact is Misty Valenta.
