Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Program Signature Form from Microsoft Corporation for Microsoft license from Software One, Inc. previously approved by Commissioners Court on 1/10/2023 and authorizing execution of the form.
Background
The agreement for a 3-year Microsoft License between Williamson County and Software One, Inc. was approved by Williamson County Commissioners Court on 1/10/2023. At that time the Program Signature Form from Microsoft was not provided for signature. Per Legal's request this needs to be placed on the agenda for signature as it is being used to evidence the county's agreement to each contract document listed in the table.
