Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on rejecting proposals for RFP #23RFP35 Maintenance, Repair, Inspection, & Testing for Environmental Systems Technology (EST) Brand Devices and request that information related to competition be excepted pursuant to Texas Government Code 552.104 and authorize the Purchasing Agent to advertise and receive sealed proposals under the new RFP #23RFP50.
Background
It is the recommendation to reject all submissions to RFP #23RFP35 – Maintenance, Repair, Inspection, & Testing for Environmental Systems Technology (EST) Brand Devices to allow for revisions to the specifications that would serve in the best interest of the county and authorize the Purchasing Agent to advertise and receive sealed proposals under the new RFP #23RFP50 Maintenance, Repair, Inspection, & Testing for Environmental Systems Technology (EST) Brand Devices. Estimated budget is $200,000.00. Funding sources are: 01.0100.0509.004500, 01.0100.0509.004509, and 01.0100.0509.004510. The department point of contact is Shantil Moore.
