Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFP# 23RFP17 EMS Agency Evaluation to the highest scoring respondent, AP Triton, LLC, to provide an evaluation utilizing current industry best practices, along with relevant national standards from a variety of organizations that develop consensus standards for EMS in the amount of $55,475.00.
Background
Williamson County sent out over two thousand three hundred (2,300) notifications, observed twenty-five (25) document takers, with two (2) vendors submitting a response. The evaluation committee met and evaluated the responses with AP Triton, LLC being the highest rated vendor. The consulting service agreement will commence on the date of the last party’s execution and continue thereafter for one-hundred fifty (150) calendar days from the date the consultant receives all information and data from the county. Legal and Contract Audit have reviewed this purchase. Funding source: 01.0100.0540.004100. Point of contact is Mike Knipstein.
