Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $35,830.59 for Project 23IFB13 Bud Stockton Extension (Cash Construction Company) P: 307 Funding Source: Road Bond.

This Change Order compensates the Contractor for work to install a permanent fence along the ROW and a temporary fence around the existing pond to secure livestock during construction. Per the ROW Agreement, Williamson County is responsible for additional fencing along the ROW and the pond. The Agreement was finalized after the project Bid date, therefore these items were not included in the Bid package. See attached Change Order for additional details.

This Change Order results in a net increase of $35,830.59 to the Contract amount, for an adjusted Contract total of $5,953,105.59. The original Contract amount was $5,917,275.00. As a result of this and all Change Orders to-date, $35,830.59 has been added to the Contract, resulting in a .61% net increase in the overall Contract cost. As a result of this Change Order, (0) days will be added to the contract.
