Background
This transfer is necessary to move money from the incorrectly budgeted line into the correct line for general advertisement for the vendor forum scheduled for March 30, 2023, at 9AM. The money was budgeted for vendor training and was inadvertently placed in the training line item 4232. This transfer was recommended by Audit and Budget.
