Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving agreement #2023155 for Panasonic In-Vehicle Video System from GTS Technology Solutions for law enforcement departments in the amount of $263,568.23, pursuant to cooperative DIR contract DIR-CPO-4697.
Background
The approval of this purchase will benefit the Williamson County Sheriff's Department and the Williamson County Constables for Panasonic In-Vehicle Video System for the Constable's vehicles that do not have a system, the new vehicles at the Sheriff's Department and the CID Interview Room. Budget and IT have reviewed this quote. This system is compatible with the larger system that is currently installed throughout countywide law enforcement vehicles. The expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0503.005008 as per FY23 Budget. The department point of contact is Richard Semple.
