Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) that will allow Benefitfocus.com, Inc. to provide an electronic file feed to Virgin Pulse at no cost to Williamson County and authorizing the execution of the agreement. The fee for the automated feed was incurred and paid for in FY22 to Benefitfocus.com, Inc.

This service will allow Benefitfocus.com, Inc. to provide an automatic file feed data transmission to Virgin Pulse.  This automated file feed will profile all employees for setup in the Virgin Pulse benefits platform.  This is needed to automate the file feed received by Virgin Pulse for seamless data transmission.  Currently, our IT Department, has partnered with the HR Benefits Team and has manually created a file feed that is sent weekly to Virgin Pulse.  For efficiency purposes the automated file feed is the best option going forward.  Benefitfocus.com, Inc. has provided this service for the County's other platforms.
