Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving agreement #2023143 for ONESolution CAD Llicense Fees from Central Square/Superion, LLC in the amount of $33,600.00 and authorizing execution of the agreement.  The sole source designation of Central Square/Superion was approved by the Commissioner's Court on 5/5/2020, Item #65 and is valid for 36-months.

Approval of this item will support the health and public safety of residents in Williamson County.  Central Square/Superion is currently the sole source provider of public safety software to include the CAD.  The sole source designation of Central Square/Superion was approved by the Commissioner's Court on 5/5/2020, Item #65 and is valid for 36-months.  The designation or a solicitation will need to be established for the next procurement.  The agreement attached is for four (4) ONESolution CAD licenses.  IT and budget have reviewed this purchase.  This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0523.005741 as per FY23 budget.  Department contact is Janessa Stephens.
