Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the Purchasing Agent to advertise and receive sealed proposals for Williamson County Automated Teller Machine (ATM) Services, under #23RFP56.

Background

Williamson County is seeking an Automated Teller Machine (ATM) provider to supply and service all ATM machines for various County locations. The initial contract term shall be for a period beginning on the date of award and shall expire on or before September 30, 2025.  Any extensions will be in (12) twelve month increments for up to an additional (48) forty-eight months, with the terms and conditions remaining the same. The department point of contact is Christy Matoska.
