Discuss, consider and take appropriate action to apprive an Interlocal Agreement between the City of Georgetown and Williamson County for Design Services for the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter Expansion Project.

This interlocal agreement is a first step in negotiating Georgetown’s inclusion in the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter and preparing for a future bond election by the City of Georgetown to expand the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter. This agreement requires the City to pay 100% of the costs associated with developing a feasibility study, concept plan, and cost estimates for expanding the regional shelter. Williamson County will procure the design services and manage the project, but both parties will review and approve design documents.
