Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding an Antiquities Permit Application to the Texas Historical Commissioner (THC), required as part of the Due Diligence Environmental Investigations on the CR 129 project, a Road Bond Project in Commissioner Pct. 4 (P375).

This permit application was approved by Court on 6/8/2021 as agenda item #47.  The THC has requested the cover page of the application be updated with the proposed start date of field work April 2023 and update the project manager's name from Michael Retter to Christopher Shelton. No other changes are proposed.

The original item approved the pedestrian survey, with surface and subsurface investigations as necessary based on field conditions, on CR 129, needed to satisfy Environmental Due Diligence requirements. No investigations will take place until a permit is received from the Texas Historical Commission. Portions of the attached application have been redacted prior to placing on the court agenda to protect restricted information.  Redacted information will be included in the application to the THC.
