Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on rejecting the proposals submitted for RFCSP #23CSP39 Berry Springs Park and authorize the Purchasing Agent to advertise and receive sealed proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) at Berry Springs Park, under RFP #23RFP66. Williamson County is seeking to contract with a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for Berry Springs Park Improvements including construction of a new park visitor center, new remote restrooms, expanded parking, new park maintenance compound, concrete trail extension, open-air event pavilion, campsite, and utility enhancements.  To ensure oversight and management required by the logistics of this project, the Evaluation Committee is recommending that the proposals received for previously issued RFCSP #23CSP39, to be rejected. Three proposals were submitted. Budgeted amount is $4,100,000.00.  A Construction Manager at Risk contracting strategy will provide for more contractor accountability on this complex project. Funding source is P559.
