Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the purchase contract #2023182 for Scanning and Imaging Services from US Imaging, Inc. pursuant to Harris County Interlocal Agreement (ILA) contract #2023181 in the not-to-exceed amount of $275,000.00 and authorizing the execution of associated documents.
Background
Approval of this item will support the operations of the Williamson County Clerk's Office as this purchase is for the scanning of probate records for Williamson County. The proposal is attached that outlines the scope of work required. It was verified that Harris County does have an active contract with US Imaging Inc. for this service. The Interlocal Agreement (ILA) is attached herein for approval. Budget, Audit and IT have reviewed and approved this purchase. Funding source: 01.0385.0385.004550 for $122,720.47 and 01.0384.0384.004550 for $122,720.47 with total of $245,440.94 as per FY23 budget. Department contact is Nancy Rister.
