Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a compensation review for Elected Officials.
Background
Traditionally, HR reviews Elected Official's salary each summer, by comparing to Counties larger and smaller by population, and then HR makes recommendations to the Commissioners Court for a COLA increase, if deemed appropriate. Since we have completed all the employees within our salary study, we would like to take a deeper look into Elected Officials compensation and the market we compare with to ensure we are staying competitive.
