Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Proposal #2023185 between Williamson County and Data Projections, Inc. for the total of $11,000.00, pursuant to TIPS contract #210101, valid through 5/31/2026, and authorizing the execution of the Proposal.
Background
The approval of this purchase will benefit the Williamson County Emergency Services Operations Center ESOC Facility with Audio/Visual System Services, Equipment and Materials to help identify and resolve any A/V related issues.The attached Proposal details the services that will be performed, and the materials needed which will be approved by the point of contact. IT, Budget, Legal and Contract Audit have reviewed this Proposal. Funding Source is 01.0100.0503.004100 as per FY23 budget. The department point of contact is Don Heflin.
