Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving Agreement #2023177 for the annual maintenance and support of the Property Fraud Alert System utilized by Williamson County Clerk’s Office in the amount of $2,150.00 for the initial term in 2023, and $2,344.00 for three (3) additional one-year terms for 2024, 2025 and 2026 with Fidlar Technologies, Inc., exempting the purchase under Texas Local Government Code Sec. 262.024. DISCRETIONARY EXEMPTIONS. (7) (D) captive replacement parts or components for equipment, and authorize the execution of the agreement.
Background
The original software purchase was approved by Commissioner’s Court on 11-18-2014 under agenda item #39. Approval of this item will renew the current subscription with Fidlar Technologies, Inc. for the software. This automatic notification system notifies registered constituents by email or personal phone call, from Fidlar, each time a document is recorded in their name. This software subscription will cover services for the months of March 2023 through February 2024. Total cost for the twelve-month subscription is $2,150.00 for the initial year and $2,344.00 for each additional one-year term. Funding Source is 01.0385.0385.004500.
