Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the service contract #2023160 for flexible pavement structure repair on Hodde Lane by Lone Star Paving, 11675 Jollyville Rd, Suite 150, Austin, TX 78759, in the amount of $44,505.00 and authorizing the execution of this agreement.
Background
Road and Bridge submitted requisition #131331 for repair of six hundred forty-five square yards (645 sq.yd.) of Item 351 flexible pavement structure repair (8”) which shall consist of 6” type B 64-22 hot-mix asphalt (HMA) and 2” type D PG64-22 for Hodde Lane. The attached quote includes the repair of the flexible pavement structure, traffic control, and all milling and paving operations. Three quotes were obtained by various vendors and Lone Star Paving was the lowest proposal received. Funding Source is 01.0200.0210.003599. The department point of contact is Matt Williamson.
