Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the Facilities.
Background
The transfer is necessary for the ESOC Communication Consoles Renovation. Since the repairs will cross fiscal years, the revenues and expenditures will be tracked in the project module and funds will be committed as part of the CIP plan. This transfer is also necessary to create a project number to accurately track revenues and expenditures. P625 (ESOC Communication Consoles Renovation).
