Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Agreement for Proposal #2023247 between Williamson County and Brymer Communication Services, LLC in the amount of $38,559.00 pursuant to DIR contract #DIR-CPO-4777, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
Due to the construction currently being done on the east side of 301 SE Inner Loop building, rerouting of county fiber cables is necessary at this time. Boring under the parking lot will be a part of this project, from the front telephone pole to the building. The attached proposal has the details of the labor and materials needed for this project. IT, Legal and Contract Audit have reviewed this proposal. Funding source is P537; 2021CIP; Task 4.1 for FY23. The department point of contact is Rory Tierney.
