Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving second extension to contract #2023158, originally approved on 4/4/2023 in Commissioners Court, Agenda #34, with Tetra Tech, Inc. for Emergency Disaster Debris Monitoring due to winter storm Mara in order to allow time to complete invoicing.

Background

This second extension to the Services Agreement #2023158 for Debris Monitoring is set to expire on August 31, 2023.  The first extension was approved in CC on 5/23/2023 under agenda item #35.  While the monitoring work is completed, this extension which was requested by Tetra Tech, Inc is to allow additional time to complete invoicing. There is no additional cost associated with this extension. Department Point of Contact is Terron Evertson.
