Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on renewing Contract #1978 for Custodian and Sanitation Supplies and Services, renewal option period #3, with McLemore Building Maintenance, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract with the exception of an added location of 519 Pine per the attached pricing documentation for the term of January 1, 2024 - December 31, 2024.
Background
This is the third of four extensions for this contract. Facilities Management has confirmed the vendor met all the County requirements for this contract and requests renewal. There is no current increase using FY24 annual cost, but included in the cost was an added location of 519 Pine to increase the cost by 2% for FY24. Funding Source will be 01.0100.0509.004962 in addition to various funding sources from other departments and 01.0546.0546.004999 (Animal Shelter).
